1. Services Provided

Wood Aesthetics Health & Wellness offers aesthetic, wellness, and medical services, including but not limited to:

Injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, etc.)
Weight-loss programs (including FDA-approved medications such as Wegovy® and Zepbound®)
IV therapy and wellness injections
Latisse® and skincare products
Virtual wellness visits, virtual sick visits, and medication refills
Telehealth consultations
Payment plan options through Cherry and similar partners

All services are provided by licensed medical professionals in accordance with state regulations.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian present
You can provide accurate medical and personal information
You will follow pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by your medical provider
You understand that results vary and no outcomes are guaranteed

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services for any reason, including medical contraindications or safety concerns.

3. Medical Disclaimer

All treatment decisions are made by licensed medical providers based on their professional judgment. Information on our website or social platforms is not medical advice and should not replace a consultation with a qualified provider.

You acknowledge that:

Aesthetic and wellness treatments may have risks, side effects, and contraindications
Individual results vary
You will disclose complete and truthful medical history

4. Telehealth Services

By using our virtual appointments, you agree to:

Participate in a secure video visit
Provide accurate identification and medical history

Acknowledge that telehealth may not be appropriate for all conditions; you may be referred to in-person care

5. Pricing, Payments & Financing

We strive for clear, transparent pricing. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

By booking or receiving services, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees at the time of service
Understand that deposits may be required
Understand that packages, memberships, and promotions are non-transferable
Follow agreed-upon payment terms
Recognize that Cherry and other payment plans are separate third-party contracts

Cherry Payment Plans

If you choose to use Cherry:

All financing decisions are between you and Cherry
Wood Aesthetics does not determine approval or interest rates
All repayment obligations remain your responsibility

6. Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policies

To provide the best availability for our clients:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
No-shows or late cancellations may be charged a fee
Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges

7. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic treatments:

All treatments, services, injectables, and medical products are non-refundable
Unused portions of packages or membership benefits are non-refundable
Skincare product returns may be accepted only if unopened and within 14 days
Gift cards are final sale

Results are not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued based on perceived outcomes.

8. Photos, Videos & Consent

With your written consent, Wood Aesthetics may use before-and-after photos or videos for medical documentation or marketing.
Consent can be revoked at any time in writing, but previously published materials may not be retractable.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, graphics, branding, and logos—is owned by Wood Aesthetics Health & Wellness or licensed for use.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
Misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in harmful activity

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Issues caused by Cherry, telehealth vendors, pharmacies, labs, or other partners

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services already rendered.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
